Hace 55 años, dos jovenzuelas de 17 y 19 años llegábamos a LAX…

Aquí estoy recordando a mi hermanita… que aventura…

Un día como hoy llegamos a reunirnos otra vez a ser los cinco que habíamos sido en nuestra casa de Florida…

Cristina no tardó en asimilar el cambio revalidando su título y llendo a trabajar al hospital de niños y yo yendo a PHS con my baby brother… a hacer el senior year para poder entrar a College… y etc… etc.

Y aquí estoy hoy muy acompañada… llena de hermosos recuerdos ….

55 years ago, two youths aged 17 and 19 landed at LAX…

Today I’m remembering my sister… what an adventure!

A day like today, we will manage to reunite once again to be the five that inhabited our house on Florida [street, in Buenos Aires]

Cristina wasted no time in assimilating, revalidating her [nursing] degree and going to work at the children’s hospital, and I went to PHS with my baby brother… to finish out senior year so that I could enter college… y etc… etc.

And now I’m here, in very good company, filled with beautiful memories…
