An almost daily activity when she wasn’t in treatment was a visit to the Fashion Island shopping center in Newport Beach. Lest you think Cristina was a shop-o-holic, her favorite pastime was to sit and soak in the warmth of the Southern California sun (even in late October!) with her dear friend Gloria.
